Terms of Use
Version 2026-10-11-v1 · Effective October 11, 2026
1. Who may use Chat
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required to use an online service where you live, whichever is higher. If you are under the age of majority, you may use Chat only with a parent or legal guardian’s permission and supervision. You may not create an account for another person or misrepresent your age.
2. Your responsibility for interactions
Chat is a user-to-user communication service. You are responsible for your messages, contacts, links, files, and interactions. The operator does not know the identity, age, intentions, or conduct of every user and cannot guarantee that another user is safe, truthful, or appropriate. Do not share your address, school, phone number, passwords, private images, or other sensitive information.
Adults must never use Chat to sexualize, groom, exploit, threaten, pressure, or solicit a minor, and no user may request sexual content from or arrange sexual contact with a minor. Report concerning behavior immediately, block the account, preserve evidence where appropriate, and contact a parent/guardian, local emergency service, or law enforcement when there is an immediate safety concern.
3. Prohibited conduct
- Threats, harassment, stalking, bullying, discrimination, impersonation, or doxxing.
- Sexual exploitation, grooming, sexual content involving minors, or attempts to move a minor to private/off-platform contact for sexual purposes.
- Illegal content, fraud, malware, spam, automated abuse, or attempts to bypass moderation or account controls.
- Sharing another person’s private information or content without permission.
4. Moderation and safety tools
We may review, remove, restrict, report, or preserve content and accounts when we believe it is necessary for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or service operation. Blocking and reporting tools are available, but no tool is perfect and the operator does not promise to detect or prevent every harmful interaction. We may cooperate with valid legal requests and emergency safety processes.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant the operator a limited license to host, transmit, display, moderate, back up, and technically process that content to operate and secure Chat. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share. You are responsible for obtaining consent from people shown in uploaded content.
6. Accounts and suspension
Keep your credentials secure and tell us if you believe your account was compromised. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create safety risks, or expose the service to abuse. We may change Chat, remove features, or discontinue it at any time.
7. Disclaimers and limits
Chat is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for user-generated content, user conduct, third-party services, interruptions, lost data, or harm arising from interactions between users. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct or rights that applicable law gives you.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. A material update may require a new account-level acceptance before Chat can be used. Questions and safety reports should be sent through the support tools shown in Chat. These Terms are a product template and should be reviewed and adapted by qualified counsel for the operator’s location and users before relying on them as a legal agreement.
